Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer (a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside your trade, business or profession), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take physical possession of the goods. Where you order several goods in one order that are delivered separately, the period runs from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the last of the goods. Where goods are delivered in multiple lots or pieces, it runs from the day on which you take possession of the last lot or piece.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us —

— of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (for example a letter sent by post, or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we were informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply, or may expire prematurely, in the cases provided for by law (§ 312g (2) BGB), including in particular:

• contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised;
• contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (for example sealed in-ear headphones) if they have been unsealed after delivery;
• contracts for the supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software if the seal has been removed after delivery.
